Le Nivule – our self-contained apartments

After exiting the lift on the fourth floor, you will need to climb 16 small stairs before reaching the floor where ‘Le Nivule’ apartments are situated. We refer to them this way as this is the nick-name they have always had, because the history and evolution of the city stem from exactly this spot. At one point in time, these little apartments were for people of humble beginnings. Today, they are little corners of paradise for the privileged few.

In fact, in stories passed from generation to generation, we have discovered that tailors, artists, writers and poets found inspiration, and later fame, being above everything, close to sky. Over time, the space has been renovated, and students, workers have passed through, and now a part of this has been dedicated to tourists. A sign of a changing city.

There are two self-clontained apartments situated in the attic of Piazza Vittorio Veneto / Via della Rocca. “Le Nivule” are studio apartments, complete with a kitchenette, private bathroom, wifi, TV and air conditioning/heating. They are ideal for short or long stays. The breakfast can’t be served to the room, however the best coffee and pastries the city has to offer [are provided] – you just need to wake up and serve yourself. Bed linen and towels, hairdryer and  a [daily] cleaning service is also provided by the Artists’ Guesthouse.

And remember…that above the clouds, you will find the sun in all of its glory!
